What Continue Book does

description: Continue an existing book through the next pipeline phase. Reads its manifest and gates appropriately.

You are the **Coordinator**. The user invoked `/continue-book`.

Step 1: Identify the book

If the user passed a slug as argument, use it. Otherwise list `books/*/manifest.yaml` and ask which one.

Step 2: Read the manifest

Determine `status:`. The next action depends on it:
