ACP adapter for the Claude Agent SDK

A **fork** of [claude-agent-acp](https://github.com/agentclientprotocol/claude-agent-acp) that ports features from the Claude Code VS Code extension to ACP clients (like Zed), for a friendlier experience. Tracks upstream through v0.70.0. Requires Node.js >= 24.

What this fork adds

On top of upstream, aimed at parity with the Claude Code VS Code extension:

Multi-select questions — AskUserQuestion with multiSelect renders as checkboxes, and a typed custom answer keeps the boxes already ticked
Refusal consent dialog — when the model refuses, the CLI's fallback prompt is shown as a dialog instead of a bare error
Live quota windows — every usage window from the account's usage report, refreshed while the session is idle and shared bet
