What Inventory Compare does

Run a cross-project comparison of Claude Code automations. This is a separate analysis from the per-project or global inventory.

Instructions

List all directories in ~/.claude/projects/
Filter out worktree slugs: exclude any slug containing --claude-worktrees-
Reverse-map each slug to a filesystem path:
- The slug uses -- as path separator. `C--Users-sneak-Documen
