Restart Claude Code, or start a new session, for it to be picked up.

What Gen Method Tests does

Generate unit tests with 100% code coverage for a single method. Argument format: `ClassName/MethodName` or `ClassName.MethodName`.

Parse `$ARGUMENTS` to extract:

  • ClassName — the part before / or .
  • MethodName — the part after / or .

Steps

  1. **Locate the class** — search the codebase for `class ClassName` or `record ClassName`. Read the full source file to understand context, fields, constructor dependencies, and all overloads of `MethodName`.
