**English** | [简体中文](README.zh-CN.md)

An [Agent Skill](https://agentskills.io) for making 20–25 second brand films out of 30–40 still images. Every still shows one curved edge (a planet limb, a loaf of bread, a chalk drawing, a petal), and all of those edges are registered to the same arc in frame, so hard cuts between unrelated worlds read as one continuous camera move. A three-beat serif line sits on the horizon, the cuts accelerate from about 1 s to 5 frames, and the film resolves on a planet-limb end card that loops seamlessly.

It works with any image model and any agent that reads `SKILL.md`. The skill writes one prompt per shot; you (or a small adapter) generate the stills with whatever model you like. Horizon registration, the timeline, a cut-synced procedural score, the Remotion render and the QA sheets are all included.

*Honey, the Sun, a chalk drawing, a thermal image, a paper collage, clouds, agate and crayon: different materials, one horizon.*

What you get

Horizon registration sheet

![Registration sheet: detected arc overlaid on every shot](docs/registration_sheet.jpg)

`scripts/register_horizons.py` finds the curved edge in every still, fits a parabola, extends the sky where needed and scales/offsets each shot so the edges coincide. The sheet overlays the target arc (green) and the detected arc (magenta) on every tile, so a bad detection is obvious at a glance. Fix those with `data/registration_overrides.json`.

QA contact sheet

![QA contact sheet of every cut in the rendered film](docs/qa_sheet.jpg)

`scripts/qa_sheet.py` samples the rendered MP4: one frame per shot, the title beats ("Every word / becomes / a world", with the `l` growing in), the end beats and the loop seam. Your agent reads this sheet to check the film before handing it over.
