What it does

This repository packages the **`multiflash-assistant`** skill and helper scripts for driving **Multiflash / MFBJ01.exe** from Python.

It is best suited for:

• hydrate / HLV phase-boundary calculations
• uninhibited vs inhibitor comparisons such as MEG / MeOH / EtOH
• repeatable engineering outputs such as CSV, JSON, and plots
• reducing repetitive GUI clicking around Multiflash

What is proven

Strongest verified operating mode

The most reliable path today is:

1. create unique generated .mfl filenames
2. run hydrate_sweep_runner.py --launch-load
3. let the runner open each case in its own fresh Multiflash window
4. capture per-case CSV, combined CSV, JSON report, and plot output
