What Orient does

Answer these four questions **from the repository**, not from the task description. Quote the code you looked at. Do not write any implementation in this pass.

Does the premise hold? The task asserts something is missing, broken, or unhandled. Find the code that proves or refutes it. If the premise is false — the feature exists
