Steps

Resolve the vault; READ index.md + recent/related wiki/ pages. Scope = domain folders only (ignore osb-reference/, _skill/, .claude/, .git/).
Find patterns: concepts/themes that appear across 2+ unrelated notes - things the user has not explicitly named.
