Steps

Resolve the vault; READ AGENTS.md + index.md. Scope = domain folders only - IGNORE osb-reference/, _skill/, .claude/, .git/.
Scan wiki/ pages (focus on $ARGUMENTS if given) for contradictions: outdated roles/status, claims a newer source superseded
