Scholion

*σχόλιον (scholion): a note written in the margin of a manuscript. Scholion keeps notes in the margins of your code.*

Context-first version control for coding agents: tasks in isolated jj workspaces, decisions and dead ends recorded next to the code, and a token-budgeted context pack for any agent that picks the work up.

**Try it** (Docker; the first build compiles the daemon, so give it a few minutes):
