AI Readiness Assessment — Companion Skill

A free, LLM-agnostic companion skill for Viksya's paid **[AI Transformation Readiness Scoring Model](https://viksya.com/ai-readiness-model)** (a paid Excel workbook). It turns the workbook's 30-criteria, 6-dimension assessment into a guided conversational interview and generates three executive-ready deliverables:

1. A branded Excel executive dashboard (.xlsx)
2. A self-contained, embeddable HTML dashboard for your intranet, wiki, or shared drive
3. A completed copy of your own Scoring Model workbook, with your scores, weights, and evidence notes filled in

The skill is free. The Scoring Model workbook is a paid product and is **not** included in this repository — the skill verifies your purchased .xlsx at the start of every session and reads all assessment content from it. No criteria, weights, formulas, or scoring logic are stored in these files.

Prerequisites

• Your purchased AI Transformation Readiness Scoring Model (.xlsx) from viksya.com. Instant download, no macros.
• An AI assistant that can read attached files and follow skill instructions — Claude, ChatGPT/Codex, Gemini, or similar.
• For the Excel outputs: a platform able to run Python 3 with openpyxl (Claude Code, Claude Cowork, ChatGPT with code interpreter, Gemini with code execution). Without code execution the skill still runs the interview and produces the HTML dashboard.
