Turn an Ulanzi Stream Controller D200 (or an Elgato Stream Deck) into a control panel for AI coding agents running under [herdr](https://github.com/herdrdev/herdr). See blocked agents at a glance and Approve / Deny / Stop / Continue with one press — on the hardware deck, a browser dashboard, or a native desktop window.

**What is herdr?** herdr runs your AI coding agents (Claude, Codex, Cursor, Gemini, …) in managed terminal panes and exposes their live state over a local socket. herdeck is a front-end for it and requires **herdr >= 0.7.4** (the metadata tokens its waiting state is derived from shipped in 0.7.4; check with `herdr status`, upgrade with `herdr update`). You install and run herdr separately; or use the mock path below to try herdeck standalone.

Current status

Herdeck `0.1.1` ships a signed and notarized installer for Apple Silicon macOS, plus AppImage, deb, and rpm packages for x86_64 and arm64 Linux. Installed macOS and Linux AppImage builds update themselves through signed GitHub Release artifacts. Intel macOS, Homebrew, and a signed Elgato plugin are not available yet.

What works today:

  • Ulanzi D200 control on macOS, including reconnect after sleep/wake.
  • Native Tauri desktop window with onboarding, settings, profiles, and Czech or English UI. Its bundled runtime drives the D200 without a separate Python installation.
  • Browser dashboard and hardware-free demo mode.
  • Local, remote, and mixed Herdr sessions; remote bridges run over Ta
