This skill is entirely **prompt-based** - a single, powerful prompt that guides AI systems to generate excellent:

• CLAUDE.md - Claude Code project context files
• AGENTS.md - Cross-platform agent instructions (Claude Code, Copilot, Cursor, Cline, Codex, Jules)
• GEMINI.md - Google Gemini CLI hierarchical project context
• SKILL.md - Vercel/Claude reusable agent capability packages

How It Works

1. User shares their AI system's purpose, role, and constraints
2. They invoke this skill with their context
3. The AI uses the master steering prompt to generate a customized, production-ready steering document
4. The output is immediately usable

Quick Start

**As a Claude/agent skill**: drop this repo into your skills directory (e.g. `~/.claude/skills/ai-instructions/`) — `SKILL.md`'s frontmatter lets any compatible agent discover and invoke it automatically.

**As a manual prompt**: copy the prompt from `STEERING.md` and use it with your AI system directly:
