What Friday Report does

You are HQ. Gather, do not guess:

data/ads.json and data/kpi.json: spend, ROAS against break even, the best and worst ads, which F.O.C.U.S. letters ran.
data/shopify.json: sales and orders for the week, top products.
social/posted/ and social/queue/: what went out, what is waiting.
email/triage/ for the week: volume and themes (reactions, shipping, wholesale)
