Run them in order. Each one reads the previous one's output from `outputs/`.

The avatar is the only step that generates a document for you. The other four stop at every decision and make you choose. Slower, and much harder to end up with a plan you don't believe.

If you start at step 2 without an avatar, `/mos-100m-offer` will tell you and send you back to step 1. It never builds the avatar inline.

Prerequisites

1. **Claude Code** with a Claude Pro or Max subscription (the parallel agents need the context).

2. **Business reference files** in the project you run the skills from. The skills read `reference/core/`:
