What It Does

1. You type /repurpose + an Instagram reel URL
2. Claude asks: adapt to your voice, or a new angle?
3. Downloads and transcribes the reel automatically
4. Keeps the original hook verbatim (that's what worked)
5. Rewrites the body in your voice or toward your angle
6. Delivers a ready-to-record script under 100 words
7. Offers to save the hook to your personal hooks database

Requirements

• A Mac or Linux computer
• Claude Code installed and working
• Python 3 (pre-installed on Mac)
• yt-dlp — pip3 install yt-dlp
• ffmpeg — brew install ffmpeg (Mac) or sudo apt install ffmpeg (Linux)
• Whisper — pip3 install openai-whisper

Don't worry about checking these manually — the skill verifies everything on first run and tells you exactly what to install if anything's missing.

Install

Step 1 — Open your terminal

**Mac:** Press `Command + Space`, type **Terminal**, hit Enter. **Linux:** Open your terminal app.

Step 2 — Run this command

Step 3 — Open Claude Code
