Install (60 seconds, no Terminal needed)

**Step 1.** Open Claude Code.

**Step 2.** Paste this into the chat and hit enter:

Install the email-ghostwriter skill from https://github.com/tenfoldmarc/email-ghostwriter

Clone it into ~/.claude/skills/email-ghostwriter so I can use it with /email-ghostwriter

Claude Code will run the install for you. Takes about 5 seconds.

**Step 3.** Type `/email-ghostwriter` to start.

That's it. On your first run, the skill walks you through a setup interview (5-10 min). If you don't have example emails yet, it co-writes 2-3 with you so it can learn your voice on the spot.

The first time you run it, the skill walks you through a setup interview. It asks about:

• Your business / list / brand
• Your audience (who they are, what they want, the language they use)
• Your offer (what you push to in emails, scarcity hooks, pricing) — skipped if you don't sell anything
• Your voice (how you talk, words you love, words you hate, cussing preference, AI-writing pet peeves)
• 2-5 example emails you've sent that you're proud of

If you don't have example emails to share, the skill will co-write 2-3 with you right then. You tweak them, the skill learns from your edits, and you're set up for life.
