Drop your bank statements, credit card statements, and invoices into a folder. This skill reads all of them, categorizes every transaction, finds every subscription you're paying for, flags what to cancel, catches bookkeeper mistakes, and generates a beautiful HTML report you can open in your browser.
No accounting software needed. No spreadsheets to fill out. Just point it at your files and get answers.
What It Does
- Reads your statements — PDFs or CSVs from any bank (Chase, TD, Desjardins, Wise, etc.)
- Categorizes every transaction — SaaS, advertising, contractors, travel, personal, etc.
- Finds all your subscriptions — detects recurring charges across all 12 months
- Tells you what to cancel — flags redundant tools, unused subscriptions, and overlap
- Catches bookkeeper mistakes — cross-references your bookkeeper's P&L against raw data to find miscategorized expenses
- Flags personal expenses — gym, Spotify, clothing on your business card? It'll find them.
- Generates a report — a single HTML file with charts, tables, and actionable insights
