Resume Interrupted Hybrid Task

Resume execution of an interrupted hybrid task by detecting current state from existing files.

Path Storage Modes

This command works with both new and legacy path storage modes:

New Mode (Default)

Worktrees in: ~/.plan-cascade//.worktree/ (Unix) or `%APPDATA%/
