AI Image De-Fingerprinting Skill

Remove AI detection patterns from AI-generated images. Transform machine-generated photos into human-camera-like photographs by stripping metadata, adding film grain, adjusting color, and recompressing.

**Works with:** Midjourney, DALL-E 3, Stable Diffusion, Flux, Firefly, Leonardo, and other diffusion models.

What It Does

AI image detectors (Hive, Illuminarty, SynthID) identify AI-generated images through:

Metadata: EXIF tags, C2PA watermarks
Pixel patterns: Over-smoothness, unnatural noise
Frequency domain: DCT coefficient signatures
Deep learning: Model-specific fingerprints

This skill applies a 7-stage processing pipeline to disrupt these detection vectors:

Input → Metadata Strip → Grain → Color Adjust → Blur/Sharpen → 
Resize → JPEG Recompress → Final Clean → Output

Installation

Dependencies

ImageMagick 7.0+ — Image processing
ExifTool — Metadata removal
Python 3.7+ + Pillow + NumPy (for Python version)

Install

**Debian/Ubuntu:**

sudo apt update
sudo apt install -y imagemagick libimage-exiftool-perl python3 python3-pip
pip3 install Pillow numpy

**macOS:**

brew install imagemagick exiftool python3
pip3 install Pillow numpy
