xstitch helps you keep track of your work across multiple AI tools. It saves decisions, experiments, and warnings so you don’t lose context when switching between apps. You can use it with popular AI coding assistants and platforms like Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, Gemini CLI, Windsurf, and Copilot.
