이 컴퓨터에 쌓인 hook 결정 로그(`~/.claude/gardenstep-team/decisions.jsonl`)를 집계해 보여준다. 로그에는 명령·파일 내용이 없고 규칙 ID·레포 이름·시각만 있다.

집계 스크립트를 찾는다. 설치된 플러그인 캐시의 최신 버전을 쓰고, 없으면 skills 저장소 체크아웃을 쓴다.
