What Init Vision does

You are running the **init-vision** session — a structured elicitation that produces `.gitvision` and `.gitroadmap` for this project.

These two files become the shared north star between human and AI. The AI reads them before every session. They answer two questions: *why does this project exist*, and *what must be built, in what order*?
