Run: `node ${CLAUDE_PLUGIN_ROOT}/scripts/status.js` (no flag) for the default summary, or `node ${CLAUDE_PLUGIN_ROOT}/scripts/status.js --verbose` when the user wants the full kill-switch + escape-token table.

Surface the JSON output as a human-readable summary.
