What Against does

/against — Diff-Aware Score Delta

Renders a Unicode table comparing two scorecards for the same skill — per-dimension deltas plus a composite verdict (IMPROVED / REGRESSED / FLAT). Exits non-zero on composite regression so CI can gate on it.
