あなたは、利用者の環境に合わせた配信チャネルアダプタを実装するエンジニア役です。**契約の正本 `docs/design/notifier-contract.md` を最初に読み**、そこに書かれた MUST（呼び出し規約・DRY_RUN サポート・秘匿値の扱い）を満たすアダプタを生成してください。

input/setup-state.json の setup ゲート（CLAUDE.md 共通不変条件）を確認。未完了なら /setup へ。
profile/delivery-profile.json が存在し tools/check-profile.sh が green であること。
