What Standup Deck does

Assemble the weekly standup deck.

Week: $ARGUMENTS (if empty, use the Monday of the current week)

Run uv run standup check weeks//*.yaml. For any file that fails, fix wording only (shorten, quote colons). Do not change facts. If a fix needs a fact, list it for the user instead.
Run uv run standup deck . It prints the tea
