A personal "second brain": you feed it sources (articles, notes, web pages) and an AI agent (Claude Code) compiles them into a structured, interlinked markdown wiki.

This repository is **public** and contains only the structure: the agent's instructions and the web interface. The content (sources and wiki) lives in a **private** repository linked as a submodule at `data/`.

CLAUDE.md Agent instructions: ingest, query, lint, conventions (in Spanish)
app/ Web interface (dependency-free Python server + PWA)
scripts/ Automatic ingest (script + systemd timer)
data/ Private submodule
  raw/ Raw sources
  wiki/ Generated wiki: fuentes/ (sources), entidades/ (entities),
              conceptos/ (concepts), sintesis/ (syntheses)
  output/ Reports generated on request

Workflow

  1. Capture: add sources to data/raw/ (by hand or from the web interface).
  2. Ingest: ask the agent ingiere lo nuevo de raw/ ("ingest what's new in raw/").
  3. Query: browse the wiki in the web interface or ask the agent.

Web interface

python3 app/server.py # http://127.0.0.1:8765

It only listens on localhost. To use it from other devices, publish it on your private network, e.g. with `tailscale serve --bg 8765`. It has no authentication: do not expose it to the internet.

Features: browsing by section, search (`Ctrl K`), a form to add sources to `raw/` (or upload `.md` files), light/dark theme, a dedicated mobile layout, and installation as a PWA with offline reading. The interface is in Spanish.

Automatic ingest (optional)

`scripts/ingesta-auto.sh` runs the ingest only when there are pending sources, with Claude Code restricted to minimal permissions (no network, no general shell, writes limited to the wiki). A systemd user timer runs it daily at 03:00:

chmod +x scripts/ingesta-auto.sh
cp scripts/systemd/second-b
