What Mob Next does

description: Hand over mob.sh WIP branch (mob next) and facilitate rotate with optional teach-back.

/mob-next

Rotate the driver using **mob.sh** handoff.

Steps (Claude)

  1. Optional teach-back: ask current driver for one sentence — what changed, what is next.
  2. Current driver runs (say out loud):
mob next
  1. Driver keeps Teams screenshare up — do not end share.
  2. Next driver steals screenshare, then runs mob start (same repo).
  3. Rotate spoken roles if usi
