Run one full triage tick for the inbox-lead-triage skill:

Confirm the layout exists: python3 /scripts/triage.py init ( = the directory containing this skill's SKILL.md).
Fetch new inbound items into $ILT_HOME/spool/ (newer than state.json.watermark_ts; skip own-sent, newsletters, no-reply).
For each spool item write `$ILT_HOME/analysis/.json
