Current stack integration

The **September 5, 2026** refresh updates host configuration and governed-memory instructions against inspected current source. Start with the [current stack guide](docs/CURRENT_STACK.md) and [revision-pinned inventory](docs/upstream-sources.json).

One shared launcher forwards explicit embedding, authority-token, TurboQuant and Mnemes journal settings; unsupported options fail before startup.
Daily server launches use stdio by default. HTTP requires explicit native authentication and profile support; the machine-specific Claude relay is removed.
Capture skills discover available tools and preserve witnessed retrieval, provenance, temporal scope and native supersession. A new governed-memory skill covers assertion, repair, forgetting and recover
