Digital Transformation & Process Intelligence Analyzer

A Claude Skill that performs executive-grade **digital transformation maturity assessments** and **process intelligence audits** for any organization or industry.

It evaluates the as-is state of business processes against ideal to-be models, scores maturity across five dimensions, and produces a structured diagnostic report with predictive impact modeling and an agentic automation roadmap.

What it does

• Runs a guided two-phase intake (industry, target process, pain points, evidence/files) before producing any analysis.
• Scores organizational maturity across five dimensions:
  1. Strategy & Operational Redesign (BPR)
  2. Process Intelligence & Digital Twin (OCPM/DTO)
  3. People & Agentic Workforce
  4. Technology Architecture & Data
  5. Governance & Privacy (PPPM & GQM)
• Anchors every score to an explicit 1–5 maturity rubric (Initial → Optimizing), backed by evidence from the intake or uploaded files.
• Reads structured evidence directly — CSV event logs, OCEL 2.0/JSON files, BPMN diagrams, operational tables, PDF audit reports — with no external code dependencies.
• Outputs a fixed-structure report: executive summary (GQM), maturity scorecard, as-is process diagnosis, predictive impact modeling (what-if / ROI), and an agentic automation roadmap.
• Applies compliance-first guardrails: flags LGPD/GDPR/HIPAA risks and recommends Privacy-Preserving Process Mining (PETs) such as k-anonymity and differential privacy where relevant.

Installation
