What Week does

Generate a weekly review from the vault. Read everything, produce a concise summary, ask before saving.

Phase 1: Define the week

"This week" = Monday of the current week through today (or Mon–Fri if it's the weekend). State the explicit date range at the top.

Phase 2: Gather

All notes/daily/YYYY-MM-DD.md in range (their ## Log and ## Tasks touched).
