Why this exists
Most guidance on Dubai off-plan disputes stops at "file a RERA complaint and consult a lawyer". That is the easy part. The hard parts are the ones nobody writes down:
- which evidence a specific complaint category actually needs before RERA will look at it
- how to get the escrow bank to confirm in writing that your money never arrived
- what to say — and what never to say — in the mandatory pre-arbitration meeting
- how to answer a holding reply so that silence starts working for you instead of against you
- when a legal theory that reads beautifully is one a real arbitrator will throw out
This skill is that missing layer, written as procedures rather than principles.
