CLAUD-E (the repo was `meditate` until 2026-09-04; the `meditate` command name stays) turns everything Claude Code does on your machine into knowledge you can trust: facts with receipts, projects with honest progress, and agents you dispatch and watch.

**It is a private island by design.** No account, no sign-up, nothing to breach. Every install runs entirely on your own machine and reads only your own files — the author cannot see your data, and neither can anyone else. That is why it needs no login: there is nothing on the other end to log into. Your memory, your sessions, your work — yours.

The one thing that can ever leave, and only if it is switched on:

That is a count of installs — a random number, the version, the OS, the python version, the date. Never your name, your paths, your project names, your goals, or a word you wrote. It ships **off**, it is inert with no endpoint configured, and the installer says so on screen rather than in a config file. A counter nobody was told about is telemetry; this one is a maintainer asking how many people are there.
