走自己的目标，用 step-on

你有一件想做成的事——减脂、学吉他、考研、写完论文——但总是没进度、看不见动静、做着做着就停了。

step-on 做两件事：

帮你把大目标切成一格一格的小块，每格只要交一个小作业
帮你扛掉"下一步该做什么"的心理负担——你只管做和交；什么时候推进、推得多快，你说了算

你要做什么

**第一次（10 分钟）**：回答几个问题——想做成什么？什么时候要完成？现在到哪一步了？每周能花多少时间？为什么想做？以前怎么没成？我根据你的回答帮你画一份计划。

**之后**：我会告诉你下一步要做的一个很小的动作，比如"录 30 秒 C↔Am 和弦切换"、"把今天吃的三餐拍照发过来"、"把这篇论文的 3 个核心实验用一段话讲清楚"。你想什么时候做就什么时候做，做完交上来，我告诉你过了还是差在哪。过了就进下一格。

每次要交什么

看得见摸得着的东西：视频、录音、照片、截图、写的一段话。

不接受"我练了一个小时"这种回答——没有东西我没法帮你判断。

节奏你定：一周交一次可以，一天交三次也行，没人催你
每周最多 1–2 次轻提醒，不烦你
随时改目标、暂停、放弃，不用愧疚
每到一小块达成，会给你生成一张「成就卡」，可以截图发朋友圈
