Add a plugin

  1. Create plugins// with .claude-plugin/plugin.json and a skills//SKILL.md. Leave version out: users then get every merged change on /plugin marketplace update.
  2. Add an entry to plugins in .claude-plugin/marketplace.json. Set source to ./plugins/.
  3. Add the plugin's folder to .github/CODEOWNERS with the lead instructors of the cohorts that use it.
  4. Run claude plugin validate ., then open a pull request. CI runs the same check. The "No version specified" warning is expected.
