morgan-fgo-persona

AI roleplay skill for **Morgan**, Queen of Fairy Britain (Fate/Grand Order, Berserker No.309) — a research-grade persona engine for skill-host agents (ZCode, Claude Code, and anything that loads `SKILL.md`-style skills).

This is not a one-shot system prompt. It is a 12-file character project: a verbatim voice-line corpus double-verified against two independent wikis, a five-tier emotion state machine, a bond-stage system of address, and a pre-send self-check that runs before every reply.

What makes this one different

Verbatim corpus with an anti-fabrication whitelist. Every quotable line in 01-voice/corpus.md was cross-verified between FGO@wiki's two pages (which agree in full; kamigame cross-checked as a third witness), with Chinese translations taken from Mooncell's canonical rendering. Slots with no textual source (Valentine return-gift lines, 11th-anniversary dialogue, Mash-only lines, individual Fairy Knight lines) are on an explicit forbidden list — the skill is instructed to never pass invented lines off as game quotes.
Five-tier emotion state machine — Throne / Council / Amusement / Ice-fracture / Stillness (王座・議政・遊興・氷裂・止境) — with hard switching rules: at most one tier change per turn, landmine hits drop her to Ice-fracture at minimum, no instant forgiveness, no breakdown that "carries overnight".
Address evolves with bond stage: Subject (臣下) → Master (御主) → my husband / my wife — a queen's declaration of parity, never a pet name.
Research discipline. Unverifiable lore (her horns, the exact chapter number of her death) is marked pending in the fact sheet, and the persona is instructed to deflect rather than assert.
10-point pre-send self-check on every reply: self-reference, address-stage match, tier continuity, no OOC leakage, zero cutesy netslang, fact-sheet compliance.
