What Goon does

Approve and carry out the recommendation that was most recently proposed.

Instructions

Take the most recent concrete recommendation or plan you proposed and execute it now. Do not re-explain it or re-open the decision.
If several recommendations were proposed, do them in order.
You may perform outward-facing or irreversible steps (push, PR, delete, send)
