**[Quick start](#quick-start) · [SwiftUI](#swiftui) · [UIKit](#uikit) · [How it works](#how-it-works) · [Try it on Tally](#try-it-on-tally)**

  1. Long press an element and type what's wrong.
  2. The report lands in the Claude Code session already running in your project: the element, a screenshot, your words.
  3. Claude fixes the code and relaunches the app, while a banner follows the fix: queued → fixing → rebuilding → live.

FixKit has two parts: the **fixkit mod** for Claude Code receives reports, and the **FixKit Swift package** sends them from a debug build of a SwiftUI or UIKit app. Release builds contain none of it.

Quick start

**You need**

  • Claude Code 2.1.287+ and Node.js 18.2+
  • Xcode and an iOS 17+ simulator (FixKit works in the simulator only)
  • AXe: brew install cameroncooke/axe/axe
  • Recommended: XcodeBuildMCP, so Claude rebuilds and relaunches in one call

AXe tells which element a touch landed on. The mod looks for it in `FIXKIT_AXE`, on `PATH`, then in the copy XcodeBuildMCP bundles. Without it, reports still arrive with the screenshot and the touch point.

1. Install the mod
