gerador-contratos

A Claude Code skill that **generates professional service contracts for the AI automation / AI management niche and sends them for digital signature via [Autentique](https://www.autentique.com.br/)**.

It is built as a **distributable product**: anyone (in particular students of an automation/AI program) can drop it into their `~/.claude/skills/`, fill in their own company data once, plug in their own Autentique token, and start producing legally-structured, audited contracts in minutes.

Language note: the contracts and the in-skill guidance are written in Brazilian Portuguese (pt-BR), since they target the Brazilian legal framework (Código Civil, CPC, LGPD, MP 2.200-2/2001, Lei 14.063/2020). This README is in English for documentation purposes.

What it is / What it is not

**It is:**

A generator of niche-specific (AI automation / AI management) service, mentorship, and consulting contracts under Brazilian law.
A workflow that forces a legal audit before any document is signed.
A self-contained, distributable skill: no dependency on other skills or private infrastructure.

**It is not:**

A substitute for a lawyer. The templates are a strong starting point with an automated audit, but high-value or unusual contracts should be reviewed by a qualified attorney.
A general-purpose contract tool. It is opinionated toward the automation/AI niche and Brazilian legal framework (LGPD, Código Civil, CPC).
A signing platform. Signatures are handled by Autentique; you bring your own account and token.

Prerequisites (onboarding)

Before first use you need:

Python 3.9+ with reportlab, requests, and pytest (pip install reportlab requests pytest).
An Autentique account and API token, exported as AUTENTIQUE_TOKEN. Step-by-step guide in references/setup-autentique.md.
Your own company data filled into perfil.json (copied from perfil.exemplo.json). This is the CONTRATADA that appears in every contract yo
