Dossie Expert — Development skill for Claude Code

A Claude Code skill that builds a complete, evidence-marked dossier on a Brazilian professional before you approach them for a business deal, an info-product launch, a mentorship partnership or a co-production.

It answers two questions that people usually collapse into one:

1. Does this audience hold up? Real follower count, engagement measured post by post, posting consistency, and whether a paid product is actually selling.
2. Can you do business with this person? Active company, cap table, partners' other companies, public sanctions, lawsuits, consumer complaints, operating licence.

A beautiful profile with an empty record and a clean record with a dead audience both fail, for different reasons. The dossier only closes when both phases are done.

What this is not

• Not a mass scraper. It looks at one target at a time, at human pace, through a browser you control.
• Not a CAPTCHA breaker. Where a source requires a CAPTCHA or an anti-robot token (Brazil's PGFN debt registry, for example), the skill records the item as inconclusive and names the source. It does not try to get around the check.
• Not a private-data tool. Every source is a public, official one: the Federal Revenue Service company registry, the Transparency Portal sanction registries, the public court-record aggregator, the domain registry WHOIS, and public social profiles.
• Not a background check on private individuals. It is built for people who sell publicly: they advertise a course, run a clinic, hold a company. Personal matters that surface along the way (family, health) are recorded as a category only, never with third-party names or case numbers.
• Not a credit or criminal report. It does not access restricted databases, and it never claims a clean record from a source that failed to answer.
