Restart Claude Code, or start a new session, for it to be picked up.

What Session Pickup does

Session Pickup

Resume a session that was paused with `/session-handoff`. Reads the handoff file, primes the conversation with the goal and next step, checks the handoff is still current, and marks it resumed.

Input: $ARGUMENTS

No argument → load the most recently updated handoff.
--list → print a table of ava
