Shipping Forwarders — Development skill for Claude Code

shipping-forwarders — a Claude Code skill

**Work in progress.** Only Boxette is supported for now; the skill is set up so other forwarders can be added, each with its own rules file and script.

Files your US online orders with Boxette (boxette.ge) for delivery to Georgia. Claude finds the order in Gmail (or takes an invoice PDF you point to), drafts the customs declaration, shows it to you, and adds or updates the parcel through the API behind Boxette's web app. Boxette has no official API, so use it at your own risk.

Needs

• Claude Code, bun, and the 1Password CLI (op), signed in
• pdftotext for reading invoices (brew install poppler)
• Optional: the Gmail connector in Claude, so Claude can find order emails

Set up

1. Copy this folder to ~/.claude/skills/shipping-forwarders.
2. Save your Boxette login in 1Password as a Login item with the standard username (your email) and password fields.
3. Export its reference, e.g. in ~/.zshrc:

   export BOXETTE_OP_ITEM="op://Private/Boxette"   # vault/item, without the field

4. Optional: set your pick-up office. The default is 1 (Saburtalo). To find your office's id, run show on a parcel you added with the office you use, and read departIdPreDelivery:

   export BOXETTE_PICKUP_DEPART=1

5. Check it: bun ~/.claude/skills/shipping-forwarders/scripts/boxette.ts me prints your room number. list shows your parcels.

The login token is cached in `~/.cache/shipping-forwarders/boxette.json`.

Use

In Claude Code, run `/shipping-forwarders add my order to boxette`, or point Claude at an invoice PDF. Nothing is filed until you approve the declaration.

Make it yours

Fixed in `scripts/boxette.ts`: shipped from the USA, by air. Edit these if yours differ.
