Restart Claude Code, or start a new session, for it to be picked up.

What Inbox Route does

Show what the inbox router would do, then do it only if the user agrees.

Preview. Nothing moves:

python3 "${CLAUDE_PLUGIN_ROOT}/router.py" --vault .

Show the user the list: which notes would move and where, and which stay with the reason.
If the user says yes, run it for real:

python3 "${CLAUDE_PLUGIN_ROOT}/router.py" --vault . --apply
