`discovery.md` now ships as the **`pm-discovery`** plugin inside [**PM Pilot**](https://github.com/mshadmanrahman/pm-pilot), installable in one line:

**Why move:** this repo told you to copy `SKILL.md` on its own, but the skill referenced four templates it never gave a path to. Every template reference was dead for anyone who followed the install instructions. The plugin bundles them properly.

**What you also get:** `interview-snapshot`, which verifies every quote it produces against the source transcript and labels anything it cannot match, instead of quietly inventing one. Teresa Torres measured roughly a 30% quote hallucination rate for AI interview synthesis. That guard is the reason to switch.
