All three read the same file written by the shared Python collector at `scripts/usage-buddies-collector.py`.

**Windows Widget** (`win-widget/`) is a fresh, Windows-first build in Tauri v2 — not a port of the Linux UI. It docks a frameless popup at the bottom-right corner
