What Search Notes does

Search the vault for notes matching a query.

Steps:

Parse the user's input for:
- Keywords/topics to search for (e.g., "seatbelt", "deployment validation", "PCI")
- Person name if mentioned (e.g., "what did I discuss with Mike about X")
- Date range if mentioned (e.g., "last month", "in March", "this week")
