**Video skills for Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, and meshcode — short-form clip creation (Shorts/Reels/TikTok), video scripts, and packaging (thumbnails, titles, CTR).** The 3 video skills (`video-*`) are distilled editions containing **judgment knowledge only**, with no scripts: standalone-moment clip selection, the 2-second hook bar, 9:16 reframe rules (face crop vs stacked screen-share layout), burned-in caption and safe-zone specs, retention checkpoints for long-form scripts, hook formulas with a ban list, and a CTR diagnosis baseline.
