What Daily OKR does

Run the `daily-okr` skill — a full 7-KR cycle from input through feedback with scoring.

Before reporting completion, check the skill's `## Success Metrics`: all 7 KRs must have an explicit result, score, or skipped-with-reason status; KR3 must name the wiki update; KR4 must name a concrete action; KR7 must include evidence for completed claims.
